Breif Introduction:Miluo Longzhou Aluminium Co., ltd ,which established in April, 2006, is a top enterprise specialized in making primarily alloy aluminium in Miluo Industrial Park in Hunan Province with register capital RMB60 million. This project imported high-tech environmental casting alloy aluminium equipment and technology from Almex USA Inc. and set up a 50kt/a alloy aluminium billet production line. We produce aluminiun billiets with high quality, and our annual production reaches 50,000 ton.

Reach the requirement for Aluminiun billiet from The Association of American Aluminiun and the A grade of American minitary ultrasonic detection.
The ultimate hydrogen content is below 0.12 ml per 100g, and ultimate alkali metals such as Na, Ca, li content are below 0.0002%.

The main equipment includes melting furnace, LARS system, ceramic foam filter, D.C. casting system, homogenization furnace, metal level control system calibrated by laser. The whole line is highly automatized, its Liquid Aluminium Refining Technology (LARS) and D.C Casting Tehnology have gained US patent. The patent numbers individually are Pat. No., 5, 846, 841 and Pat. No. 6, 491, 087.
Usage:
The alloy billets manufactured by this technology and process will be used in aluminium profile industry for architecture decoration, traffic, machinery, electron, aerospace, military industrial profile and some special aluminium profile industries.
